I have been providing in-room massage and spa services throughout the Napa Valley since 1993. I began my studies at the California Institute of Massage and Spa Services in Sonoma, Ca and later continued training at the National Hollistic Institute in Emeryville, Ca. After completing over 600 classroom hours, it was then that I became a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and also passed the exam to become Nationally Certified.
Shortly after finishing school, I became involved with a group of massage therapists who specialized in giving in-room massage to guests of Napa Valley inns and resorts. Now, after fifteen years, I continue to enjoy "traveling with table" to bring the spa experience to you!
Since 1993, I have taken several courses of interest such as deep tissue, shiatsu, sports massage, trager, and tui na. My massage is intuitive in nature, in which I draw from my various trainings to give you a very individualized, personal session. Whether you are interested in a soothing, nurturing touch, or a vigorous, deep tissue style massage, your treatment is customized to fit your needs.
